How Miraculously Does Kezhen FS1000 Line Work

Kezhen AFP is designed for the purpose as a foodstuff automatic in--- feed wrapping and packaging system capable of receiving automatically loaded product from processing, arranging the products in desired position, over wrapping the product in single, double stacks or other way and sealing the wraps. The wrapper will be capable of discharging the completed wrapped product on a conveyor to a cartoning/case packing process at the specified speed. The functions of the system include but are not limited to:
1. Taking the wrapping film from the film roll, with warning when the film is low/runs out.
2. Accepting delicate food products on a conveyor belt, coming from the food processing machinery.
3. Arranging the food product (single or double stacks) in the desired position, in a hygienic and delicate manner.
4. Wrapping the product in film and sealing the film on both sides
5. Printing date and batch code on the product.
6. Checking for missing products, empty or damaged wraps, etc. And rejecting the same.
7. Outputting the wrapped product on the out-conveyor feeding into a cartoner or case packer.

Thus, from the end terminate of the food production line, the whole process including but not limited to feeding-in, arranging, sealing, wrapping and packaging is fully completed automatically without manual interference.
